Listing corrections, disputes and removals

Denver Veterinarian is an independent directory of veterinarian businesses in Denver CO. Listings are built from publicly available business information, and scores are computed from public Google reviews using a fixed, published rubric (see ranking method). Nobody pays to be listed, and nobody can pay to change a score. If your business is listed here and something is wrong, this page explains how to get it fixed.

Request a correction

If a factual detail on your listing is wrong or out of date (name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, services), tell us what should change and include a way to verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Corrections are checked against the source and applied to the site, and they survive future data refreshes.

Disagree with your listing or score

We do not hand-edit scores for any business, so we cannot raise yours on request. What we can do is fix bad data. If the wrong Google profile was matched to your business, reviews were credited to you that are not yours, or the review summary gets the facts wrong, we will verify against the source and regenerate your listing.

Removal requests

We take a listing down when the business has permanently closed, is a duplicate, or falls outside what this directory covers. Closed businesses are also picked up by the monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings come from public business information, an accurate and in-scope listing may stay published, and we will give you that answer plainly if it is the one we reach.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Where a removal is confirmed (the business is closed, the listing is a duplicate, or it sits outside our scope), it is actioned within 7 days. Declined requests always come with the reason.
